Am 17. Februar 2026 fand unser Webinar „Musikbasierte neurologische Rehabilitation“ statt. Als Vortragende durften wir Priv.-Doz. Dr. Barbara Seebacher, MSc begrüßen, die fundierte Einblicke in aktuelle wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse und praxisnahe Anwendungsfelder gab.
Take-Home-Message des Webinars
Musikunterstütztes Training stellt einen evidenzbasierten und wirkungsvollen Ansatz in der Neurorehabilitation dar. Der gezielte Einsatz von Musik aktiviert komplexe neuronale Netzwerke und fördert sensomotorische Prozesse. Insbesondere die Synchronisation mit einem externen Takt – etwa durch Musik oder Metronom – erleichtert Bewegungsabläufe durch Antizipation und neuronales Entrainment.
Die neurologische Musiktherapie umfasst vielfältige Strategien, die interdisziplinär in Physio- und Ergotherapie, Logopädie sowie Neuropsychologie eingesetzt werden können. Ein zentraler Erfolgsfaktor ist die sorgfältige Auswahl der Musik. Dabei sollten Takt, Tempo, strukturelle Komplexität sowie die Vertrautheit und individuellen Präferenzen der Patient:innen berücksichtigt werden.
